Link to Images on Your Web host
There are two ways you can include images in your blog posts. First, you can link to an image that is saved on your own webhosting account.

1. Highlight the text that you would like to link to.
2. Click the link icon on the post editor toolbar (looks like a chain.)
3. Type the location of the file
4. Optional - choose for the file to open in the same window or a new window
5. Optional - Alt title (this is the text that will display when the user scrolls over the text)
Uploading Images
The second way to include images on your blog post is to upload them to the BodyChallenge.net domain. Here’s how to do that…
Scroll down to below the post area (just below the Save » button).
- Browse to the image on your local computer.
- Type in a description for the image into the Title: box. Something like… Tiger Woods at the Dubai Desert Classic (Leave the Description: box empty).
- Click the Upload button.

4. You will see the image as a thumbnail once it has successfully uploaded (see above).
![]()
5. CLICK on the text that says Using Thumbnail. Once done, the text will change to read Using Original (see below).

6. Now go back to the writing box and click where you would like the image to be placed (which you can cut/paste to move around later)…

… and then click the Send to editor link (see #7 below) from the dialog box (which should still be over the image thumbnail. If not, just click on the image again to display the dialog box).

Now the image is inserted into the post. You can move the picture around or specify options. The most common options are a left or right alignment with text on either side. To do this click on the image and then the tree icon from the toolbar. Choose Left or Right from the drop down box. See below:
Write and Upload an Article
There’s a special section for articles.
1. To write an article, go to the top of the WP interfact and choose Write > Page:
2. If you do not want comments enabled on your article, be sure to uncheck the “allow comments” box. Under Page Parent choose one of the categories such as Exercise, Diet or General.
